Seems like Balthazar Getty has given up hope of putting things back together with his estranged wife. Instead, he is openly romancing actress Sienna “I’m Not a Homewrecker” Miller.

I’m sure he’s not thinking with his big head, so I’ll give Mr. G. a bit of advice: Flaunting the bit on the side in front of your soon-to-be wife will not do much to make the divorce negotiations go any smoother. Can you not at least be discreet?

Sienna Miller has decided to get all huffy and how-could-you-y and sue British tabloids News of the World and The Sun because that rag had the nerve to publish topless pix of her frolicking with the very married Mr. Getty.

Sienna, if you want to go after a married dude, I suppose that’s your affair (pun intended), but at least have enough smarts to cover your tracks as well as your…you know….Just a thought.

Actress Sienna Miller’s latest Man of the Moment soulmate is non other than Balthazar Getty. Ms. Miller and the married father of four have reportedly been seen having cozy dinners in Los Angeles and recently spent some time together on a friend’s yacht. The “friends” had trouble keeping their hand off each other while on board, which I would say is very friendly behavior.

Getty has publicly denied any romance and I suppose he did the same thing when his Missus got wind of the situation and flew in to confront him with the Getty brood in tow: Cassius, seven, Grace, six, Violet, five, and eight-month-old June Catherine. Guess he had some ‘plaining to do.
