Rumor has it that Mariah Carey just happened to be spotted coming out of a gynie’s office holding something that looked like a sonogram. Ms. Carey was greeted by her entourage (entourage? at a gynecologist’s office?) with cheers.

Does anyone else buy Mariah marrying Nick Cannon after about five minutes because she was deeply in love with the dude? Sounds like she was looking for a sperm donor baby daddy. I bet she’ll keep him around long enough to crank out a kid or two and that will be the end of the marriage.

Nick Cannon, aka Mr. Mariah Carey, is telling anyone who will listen that at marriage to the songstress is “the best thing that has even happened to me.” (Proof the lad doesn’t get out much, if you ask me.)

Doesn’t this guy realize that it’s the absolute Kiss of Death for a relationship in the world of celebrity to start telling the press how happy you are? (Are you listening Mr. Ashee Simpson?) Even if he knew it was over at the reception, he isn’t likely to say so, is he? Ms. Carey will likely keep him around long enough to crank out a kid or two, and then Nick will be sent packing.
