Katy Perry was embarrassed by a wardrobe malfunction while lending her vocal talents to a charity event over the weekend. She was singing her latest single, “Hot ‘N Cold” at the Fashion Cares fundraiser for AIDS charities in Toronto when a strap on her dress broke, exposing Perry’s nipple.
