In a remarkable show of common sense, a federal judge has overruled the $550,000 fine levied against CBS for the now-infamous “wardrobe malfunction” that took place during the 2004 Superbowl Half Time Show. In case you have been living under a rock, the whole brouhaha occurred because Justin Timberlake accidentally ripped off a portion of Jackson’s costume during their performance at the show.
