Helio Castoneves, professional race car driver and Dancing with the Stars champ, has been charged with siphoning millions of dollars into a shell company in Panama from 1999-2004. The 33-year old, who will be facing a maximum penalty of 35 years in prison if convicted on all charges, is due to appear in a Miami courtroom on Friday to answer the charges.

The Tax Man is likely more interested in getting paid the taxed owing than putting Helio in the Big House. His lawyers will be doing some fancy footwork of their own to try to get this thing settled without any jail time.
