Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband, Coldplay front man Chris Martin, agreed not to discuss their marriage. Guess Gwynnie forgot about that when she blabbed about that very topic at the “Bent on Learning ” gala in NYC. Life and Style is reporting that the Iron Man actress has admitted that she and Martin have “issues” and that “Nothing is as good as it looks. Life is complicated, and there are always issues to overcome. Yesterday, he went to Australia, and I came here – you have to accept that.”

The couple has been married since 2003 and have two children together. Paltrow describes the two of them as being “very good friends” but stopped short of saying that they would be mated for life. “We’re brutally honest with each other. Even if, God forbid, we weren’t together in 10 years or whatever, I think we’re like a family.”

Well….I would think that marrying the dude and having a couple of kids would qualify the Paltrow-Martin clan as a family, but maybe I’m missing something here.

Gwyneth Paltrow was denied rumors that her marriage is in trouble. The actress, who will be a presenter at the Grammys this weekend, says that she and Coldplay front man Chris Martin are doing just fine.

“It doesn’t behoove us to be a public couple. He certainly doesn’t want to be that. We’ve never ever walked down a red carpet together, we never will. If people think that that means we’re not together, then – ha ha ha! – so be it.”

Behoove? Who in the heck uses that word, anyway? Whatever you say dear…..
