Helio Castoneves, professional race car driver and Dancing with the Stars champ, has been charged with siphoning millions of dollars into a shell company in Panama from 1999-2004. The 33-year old, who will be facing a maximum penalty of 35 years in prison if convicted on all charges, is due to appear in a Miami courtroom on Friday to answer the charges.

The Tax Man is likely more interested in getting paid the taxed owing than putting Helio in the Big House. His lawyers will be doing some fancy footwork of their own to try to get this thing settled without any jail time.

The cast of Dancing with the Stars 7 has been announced and Kim Kardashian will be showing off her skills this season. You can catch the premiere on the ABC network on September 22.

In a decision that will surprise no one, Kristi Yamaguchi and her partner Mark Ballas beat fan favorites Jason Taylor and Cristian de la Fuente to win Dancing with the Stars. Clearly Kristi’s figure skating gave her the edge in the competition. The pair received a perfect score for their performance Monday night.

Priscilla Presley called the paparazzi parasites after pictures of a pregnant and hungry Lisa Marie circulated around the Internet.

"I think it’s cruel what’s happening today with people and with celebrities. You’ve got parasites out there trying to bring you down and take you down."

Priscilla is currently one of the contestants for the latest season of "Dancing with the Stars."
