So Star Jones commented on the release of Barbara Walters’ new book including the revelation that Barbara had an affair:

“It is a sad day when an icon like Barbara Walters, in the sunset of her life, is reduced to publicly branding herself as an adulterer, humiliating an innocent family with accounts of her illicit affair and speaking negatively against me all for the sake of selling a book,” Jones told Us. “It speaks to her true character.”

The rumors are true, Jimmy Fallon will replace Conan O’Brien when he leaves to take over the Tonight show from Jay Leno in 2009.

Though it’s already a done deal, official confirmation will take place May 11th or 12th when NBC will present it’s fall schedule to advertisers.

I don’t see what the big deal is. We all know John Lennon liked to indulge. His widow Yoko Ono would like you to think otherwise, I guess. She’s gone to court to prevent video of John smoking pot to surface.

The film was shot in 1970 and features three days in the life of John Lennon. The video shows John smoking pot, discussing putting hallucinogenic in Richard Nixon’s tea and talking about how it’s time to leave the Beatles.

Say it aint so! Realty television, scripted? Surely you jest! Even for those who believe realty TV, like professional wrestling is real, Brett Michaels set the record straight. True love isn’t going to happen on reality television.  Especially “real” shows like Rock of Love. In an interview with CNN/Entertainment Brett said:

I said this from day one: I went into this to have fun and maybe find someone to like. True love is not going to be found instantly on a TV show. That is only for scripted shows. Scripted reality, they give someone a show. It is the reason “Rock of Love” has been the No. 1 show. It has been kept as real as possible. Anyone thinking they are going into a TV show finding love, they might find someone that they like and eventually learn to like them more. I think finding true love, I never went in with that intent.

Proving that anyone can not only be a star, but get a star as well, WWE owner Vince McMahon was awarded his star on the Hollywood walk on Friday.

Vince thanked wrestlers and fans before saying “I already know I’m a star,” he said, drawing cheers from the crowd. “I’m the biggest star of all time.”
