Dennis Farina was charged with felony gun possession after being busted at LAX with an unregistered .22 inside of his briefcase.  He told the police he forgot the gun was in there. I have that problem all the time. I always forget when I’m carrying firearms. They’re so light and inconspicuous.

Dennis is still being held on $25,000 bail. Though he’s a retired cop, he doesn’t have a license to carry a concealed weapon. Lordy. What an idiot.

Nick “Hogan” Bollea was sentenced to 8 months in jail plus 5 years probation for the drag racing stunt that almost cost his friend his life. Also on the laundry list of charges: No alcohol for three years, 3 years suspension of license, court costs and DUI school.

Details are sketchy but it’s being reported that Amy Winehouse was arrested for the second time in a week, this time for drug possession.

A spokesman for the singer said: “She is being questioned in a police station. We will be releasing a statement later.”

A spokesman for Scotland Yard said: “Around 1pm today a 24-year-old woman from the Camden area attended a London police station by arrangement and was arrested in connection with the alleged possession of a controlled drug.

“She remains in custody. This is in connection with an investigation connected to footage passed to the Metropolitan Police on January 22.”

It’s a shame, really. Amy Winehouse is one of the most talented singers to come around in a long time and she’s going to either end up in jail, dead or both.

Scott Weiland’s December DUI arrest was his second and a judge had enough. He’s sentenced the rocker to 192 hours in jail. That’s 8 days for those of you without calculators handy.

Weiland must also complete an 18 hour alcohol awareness program and pay a $2,000. fine. It’ll be interesting to see if he’s going to serve all 8 days or he’ll be out in an hour like a Nicole Richie.

Ok, If I didn’t take Gary Coleman’s marriage to 22-year-old Shannon Price, I’m totally not believing it now. The couple who have been married since August but never slept together are set to appear on  the syndicated reality court show, Divorce Court next Thursday and Friday, May 1 & 2.

Wesley Snipes received the maximum sentencing in his tax evasion case, he’ll have to spend the next three years behind bars. He’ll also have to pay a $5 million fine.

The sentence was recommended by the prosecution in hopes of sending a message to other scofflaws.

“The law is very clear: People must pay their taxes,” Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Douglas Shulman said. “There is no secret formula that eliminates a person’s tax obligations.”

Barron Hilton pleaded ‘No Contest’ to his DUI charge. Which basically means “I did it, but I’m not admitting to anything.”

Young Barron had his license revoked, must pay a visit to the morgue and is receiving a year’s slap on the hand probation. His initiation into the Celebrity DUI Club a success, Barron is sure to be seen at all the fine Hollywood establishments serving underage spoiled, unemployed rich kids.

I guess a million stints in rehab didn’t cut it for Richie Sambora. He was pulled over for erratic driving Tuesday evening, failed a few basic field sobriety tests and was found to be intoxicated.

His 10 year daughter Ava was in the car with him, along with a juvenile and unidentified woman. No wonder he looks like he feels like crap in his mugshot.
