Scott Weiland’s December DUI arrest was his second and a judge had enough. He’s sentenced the rocker to 192 hours in jail. That’s 8 days for those of you without calculators handy.

Weiland must also complete an 18 hour alcohol awareness program and pay a $2,000. fine. It’ll be interesting to see if he’s going to serve all 8 days or he’ll be out in an hour like a Nicole Richie.

Barron Hilton pleaded ‘No Contest’ to his DUI charge. Which basically means “I did it, but I’m not admitting to anything.”

Young Barron had his license revoked, must pay a visit to the morgue and is receiving a year’s slap on the hand probation. His initiation into the Celebrity DUI Club a success, Barron is sure to be seen at all the fine Hollywood establishments serving underage spoiled, unemployed rich kids.

I guess a million stints in rehab didn’t cut it for Richie Sambora. He was pulled over for erratic driving Tuesday evening, failed a few basic field sobriety tests and was found to be intoxicated.

His 10 year daughter Ava was in the car with him, along with a juvenile and unidentified woman. No wonder he looks like he feels like crap in his mugshot.
