Jon “hey look at me making out with some hot chick in your favorite magazine” Gosselin is rethinking his divorce with soon-to-be ex-wife Kate. Dude has apparently stopped the divorce process, which was expected to be finished by late November, In Touch Weekly has reported. The tabloid fixture learned that Kate had suffered a breakdown taping a TV pilot this month and “he knew he was responsible for her suffering.” (Awfully big ego, we say.)

Well, Dude did say he “despised” Kate during a Nightline interview on ABC. Oh and he has a propensity of making out with chicks while nearby photographers click away, so OK. Sounds like you might be right about this one, JG.

“He woke up one morning, looked in the mirror and didn’t like the reflection,” Jon’s attorney, Mark Jay Heller, tells In Touch. “He realized he’d made some bad choices.” 

Now we here at Glamorati think it’s a mighty big coinkidink that his sudden doubt comes just one day after TLC, the channel where Jon & Kate Plus 8 appears, announced that the show will now be called Kate Plus 8. Ouchie.

Perhaps it’s the Money Train Jon Gosselin wants to get on.

Don’t Blink or You Would Have Missed It: Fred Durst and his bride, Esther, have called it quits after only a couple of months of holy matrimony.

The Limp Bizkit rocker married his longtime love in Las Vegas in July. Fred announced the split on Twitter: “For those of you inquiring I will confirm that Esther and I have decided to go our separate ways, and we both thank you for your support.”

The TLC network has had it up to here with Jon Gosselin, the Ed Hardy-lovin’ co-star of its reality series hit “Jon & Kate Plus 8.” The channel has essentially prohibited Jon from shilling for designer Ed Hardy, whose wares he wears on the high-rated TV show, Radaronline.com reports. Just last week, the suits began blurring shirt logos and now it’s officially policy.

“TLC feels like they are being used by Jon,” a well-informed source told the Web site.”They want to send him a message loud and clear.” It’s deafening, really.

So now Jon has a crappy relationship with both the Kate-ster AND TLC. Batting a thousand Jonny! Heck, tensions got so out of control for the exes that Dude had to call the cops on wifey. Harsh? Had to? We’re wondering what you think.

Big Brother and I just split up

We’re betting the house that many Glamorati.com readers are huge fans of “Big Brother” so here’s a shocker: Some drama went down Saturday when the show’s producers gave Chima Simone the ol’ heave ho because she failed to conform to BB rules like throwing her microphone in the pool and shit, EW.com reports.

“Chima has been evicted by the producers from the Big Brother house for violating the rules. She will not be part of the show’s jury. Her eviction will be addressed on an upcoming broadcast of the show,” according to a CBS statement.

Hold it there, pardner, Simone told Examiner.com: ”All of the remaining housemates know I wanted to leave and that is why any conversation concerning me is cut in the live feed because they don’t want America to hear the truth about my voluntary departure.”

Who’s telling the “truth” here? CBS is betting that you will tune in to find out for yourselves.

UPDATED Aug. 15: Jon & Kate met up at a park on Friday, looking a bit tense while their children appeared wierded out by the encounter, US Weekly magazine reports. Part of the tension between the two maybe Jon’s selection of a 23-year-old babysitter with whom he purportedly had a sexy night with on Aug. 1, the mag reports. END OF UPDATE

Not only is America privy to the ebb and flow drama that is Jon and Kate Gosselin’s marriage, but now so are police in the Wernersville, Pa. area. Authorities were called Thursday evening to the former couple’s home after the two engaged in a verbal argument, People.com reports. So all of a sudden Chez Gosselin turns into Jon and Kate Plus 8 Plus 8 cops.

When law enforcement arrived, Jon alleges, his estranged wife turned on the tear spigot just for cops. Kate tried to enter the home, but her ex wouldn’t let her past the gate. “She tried to ‘cry it up’ with the cops and it didn’t work,” Jon says. “They said, ‘You have to leave.’ “  

In other J+K+8 news, Daddy will host a pool party in Vegas, cause that’s where in transition ex-hubbos go to find themselves.

The marriage of Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil is officially over. A judge read out the decree in the matter of “Fielder-Civil B. vs Winehouse A.J.” at a Family Court hearing on Thursday.

Neither Winehouse, 25, or Fielder-Civil, 27, was in Court. The divorce is completely finalized in six weeks and one day. Winehouse and Fielder-Civil were married in Miami in 2007 but Fielder-Civil filed for divorce earlier this year on grounds of Winehouse’s infidelity.

Fielder-Civil described living with Winehouse as “intolerable,” which for some reason doesn’t surprise us here at Glamorati. Winehouse admitted to cheating on Fielder-Civil and did not contest the divorce.

Billy Joel and his third wife, Katie Lee Joel, have decided to separate. A representative for the 60-year-old musician announced that the “Piano Man” and his 27-year-old wife have split after five years of marriage.

“This decision is a result of much thoughtful consideration. Billy & Katie remain caring friends with admiration and respect for each other,” Joel’s publicist said in a statement. (Sure they’re still friends.)

Joel was previously married to supermodel Christie Brinkley and his business manager Elizabeth Weber Small.

Billy Joel’s much younger wife is apparently involved with someone closer to her own age, and the Piano Man is not impressed. Sources are blabbing to the National Enquirer that Joel, who turns 60 on May 9, is furious that 27-year-old Katie Lee is carrying on behind his back with fashion designer Yigal Azourel, 36.

Yes, Katie Lee signed a prenup before the couple’s 2004 wedding, but Joel has told pals that if he finds out the rumors are true, she won’t get a penny in the divorce. Seriously, did he think that she said, “I do” out of love? He must have been thinking with the wrong head.

Amy Winehouse is reportedly heading over to the UK in an attempt to get back together with husband Blake Fielder-Civil. Blake was just released from prison yesterday and has already started divorce proceedings against the singer.

One of Amy’s friends blabbed to the Sun:

“Hearing Blake was out brought lots of emotions back for Amy. She feels like she was the last to know he was getting released and that hurt. She is desperate to see him again and wants to work things out. She still loves him.
She thinks their fights and problems are romantic in a tortured love kind of way. We think it’s a bit sad – and very dangerous.”

What part of “I want a divorce” are you not getting Amy? It’s over. Move on.

Amy Winehouse has vowed not to let “my Blake,” aka Blake Fielder-Civil, go. Even though he has given his solicitor instructions to file for divorce from Winehouse, she won’t let their tumultuous marriage go.

Being married for Amy apparently doesn’t include waiting for Blake to get out of jail. She has been spotted spending some quality time with Josh Bowman, a rugby player turned actor. She explains her behavior like this: “Josh was lovely. But it was a holiday thing. I’ve got my Blake.”

What makes her want to continue to be married to Blake? Here’s the scoop: “Blake is the male version of me. We’re perfect for each other. I don’t want to go back home to England. I want to wait for Blake here.” Here is the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, and I bet the people living there are just oh, so pleased that Amy will be extending her stay.
