Comedian Andy Dick lives up to his name by getting arrested at 2 a.m. in front of a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. The “heavily intoxicated” comedian allegedly groped a 17-year old girl’s breasts and then proceeded to pull the teen’s top and bra down so that her rack was exposed.
