Michael Jackson’s dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, has released a statement in response to rumors that he is the bio-dad of the King of Pop’s children. He also spoke out about rumors that he is under investigation for prescribing painkillers to Jackson, who died on June 25.
“I didn’t give him this crap they are talking about,” Klein stated in an interview with Good Morning America. “I’ve never prescribed Oxycontin in my life. How am I going to prescribe Diprivan [a.k.a. Propofol, which is used for anesthesia] when I don’t understand how to use it?”
In response to the rumor that he fathered Jackson’s children, he had this to say:
“All I can tell you is, to the best of my knowledge, I am not the father of these children,” Klein said. “I can’t answer it any other way. I don’t want to feed any of this insanity going around.”
Huh? His denial-that-isn’t-really-a-denial isn’t going to do much to stop the “insanity” he is talking about.
