Bob Barker Turned Down Porn Offer, Memoir Says
Bob Barker, of The Price is Right fame, decided that the price wasn’t right when he turned down the chance to make his mark in the adult film industry. When Bob, now 85, was a young man, he was quite the hunk and even worked as a model. His image appeared on road maps as a “smiling gas station attendant.” When Bob first moved to Hollywood, he was offered a gig using his other, um, talents as a porn star.
Now who wouldn’t want to get their tank filled by the charming TPIR host? But porn? I think he made the right choice to host the long-running game show.
