Until yesterday, Tina Sherman was a nobody. Then she and her husband sued McDonalds.
Tina Sherman is from the Fayetteville, Arkansas area. She and her husband apparently had to move to a new home after photos and personal information of Sherman were leaked online. Shortly after the leak, the Shermans started receiving nasty communications and harassment.
This all started on July 5th 2008 after Phillip Sherman left his cell phone at McDonalds. Tina Sherman is suing McDonald’s for over $3 million for emotional and financial distress.
