So Pete Wentz has been blabbing all over the place about how happy he and his spouse of just a few months, Ashlee-Simpson Wentz are and how she is the one who keeps him “grounded,” whatever in the heck that means exactly.
There’s something about that [her] that’s very grounding. My wife grounds me constantly. My wife’s pain and talent and ideas ground me completely.
Talent? Ashlee Simpson? Huh? I do get the pain part; I’ve heard her sing. Anyway….I guess he is all in La La Land at the idea of becoming a daddy any time now and forgot the rule that it’s the kiss of death to be talking to the press about how great and wonderful your relationship is. ‘Cos if everything is going well, you don’t need to talk about it. Let’s just see how much he enjoys being grounded by the Missus a year from now.
