Next Harry Potter Flick Pushed Back to July 2009 Release

If you have been waiting with baited breath for the release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, the next installment in the HP series of movies, then you will need to be patient for awhile longer. Warner Bros, in their infinite wisdom, have pushed back the opening date to next July from the original date set for this November.
The reason given is that WB wants to cash in on next summer’s blockbuster movie season. Sounds like they aren’t confident of having anything on tap for next year that will generate as much cash as HP will.
