Lisa Marie-Tim Burton Palimony Case Dismissed

Lisa Marie, actress and former main squeeze of film director Tim Burton, has had her suit for palimony dismissed by court officials. You may recall Ms. Marie from such visual film delights as Ed Wood and Mars Attacks! LM and TB were thisclose for a time, until he dumped her for Helena Bonham Carter. She called in the lawyers, stating that Burton had agreed to pay her millions after the split.
Apparently, the two first met at a New York strip club and were drawn together by their mutual interest in UFOs. I bet Tim had been hoping that one of them would abduct Lisa and this whole thing would go away. Guess the California Court of Appeal folks beat them to it.
