Lily Allen and Elton John Still “Friends”

Lily Allen described Elton John as “friend” on her MySpace blog. This is in spite of the fact that Lily told Sir Elton to “F- off” at the GQ Men of the Year Awards back on September 2. Lily makes no apologies for her behavior or the fact that she helped herself rather liberally to the free champagne that was up for grabs at the event.

Here is Lily’s take on the matter:

“I’m not defending my drunkeness because i don’t need to, i’m 23 it was an awards ceremony i drank the free champagne, how awful of me.”

Trying to create a feud on the other hand, and trying to make me out as being some rude little girl with a drink problem is just unfair…”

I don’t know, Lil, but I would be willing to go out on a limb to say that someone who tells her co-host at an awards show is behaving like a rude little girl, not a classy young woman. If the shoe fits….
