Janet Jackson’s “Wardrobe Malfunction” Not Indecent, Judge Rules

In a remarkable show of common sense, a federal judge has overruled the $550,000 fine levied against CBS for the now-infamous “wardrobe malfunction” that took place during the 2004 Superbowl Half Time Show. In case you have been living under a rock, the whole brouhaha occurred because Justin Timberlake accidentally ripped off a portion of Jackson’s costume during their performance at the show. Who would have thought that Justin would have made good on his promise when he sang “Gonna have you naked by the end of this song”…

Instead of getting Janet naked in front of the gazillion of viewers who tuned in, turns out the lad bared one of her nipples for a fraction of a second. It was a nipple, folks. We all have them. Move on, nothing to see here….
