Bristol Palin and her fiance, Levi Johnston are the parents of a healthy baby boy. The 18-year-old daughter of Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin gave birth to Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston on Sunday in Palmer, Alaska. Baby Tripp weighed in at 7 lbs., 4 oz.

This has got to be one of the strongest families in history. Sarah Palin stood behind her daughter, didn’t embarrass or dismantle this young girl in public. The octuplet Grandmother ought to take a big page from this families play book. Thank you Sarah Palin and Bristol for making this a happy event out of one that is quite stressful on families.
