That’s 76. 65 has 2 quotes in them!
You should have a separate list for comedies. I can think of a dozen funny lines from movies you didn’t mention.
I count 76.
You seem to have two listed under #65.
Several of these are actually famous misquotes, not quotes.

It is the opening line of Woody Allen’s “Play It Again, Sam”, though.
What about all the great lines from Young Frankenstein? “Put the candle back?” - “Some Ovaltine?” “What hump?” - “Here doctor?” come one.

I’m not even a movie buff and I can tell you that #5, ‘Play it again, Sam,” is not a line from Casablanca.
“Play it again, Sam” is famously not a quote from Casablanca.

And what’s up with #65?
35 is wrong. bogart yes, but it isn’t casablanca. to have or have not?
Number 5 should be “Play it, Sam”. So I suppose it should be out of the list of “most memorable quotes” - unless you are being ironic.

Uh…..no one in Casablanca ever says #5.
Ilsa says “Play it once, Sam. For old time sake” and Rick says “You played it for her and you can play it for me,” but the frequently misquoted line of “Play it again Sam” never appears in the film.

“Play it Again Sam” is the name of a Woody Allen movie. The quote was “Play it.”
Not to be an annoying picker of nits (though that’s exactly what I’m doing), but the number five line on this list doesn’t even exist - “Play it again, Sam” was never said in Casablanca.
